Salman-Kazim

Salman Kazim

Board Certified Psychiatrist and MD

Dr. Kazim is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in both hospital and clinical settings. He specializes in treating mood disorders (including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder), neuropsychiatric conditions involving brain injuries, and veteran mental health care.

His clinical approach combines evidence-based medication management with psychotherapy. With research experience in innovative treatments, Dr. Kazmi has participated in experimental protocols using ketamine therapy for treatment-resistant depression and suicidality.

Penny Goudelock

PA-C

With extensive experience in occupational medicine across the Northwest, Ms. Goudelock offers comprehensive evaluations through both in-person and telemedicine consultations.

Beth Hewes

PA-C

Beth earned her undergraduate degree in Integrative Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of Colorado before completing her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies with a Global Health focus at the same institution. Her training included founding an NGO (Comunidades Unidas) and providing healthcare alongside local workers in the Peruvian Amazon, experiences that shaped her clinical perspective.

With over 10 years of practice as a physician assistant, Beth brings both expertise and passion to her work.

Asif R Malik

MD

Dr. Malik earned his medical degree in Pakistan before completing psychiatric residency training at the University of North Dakota and Yale University. He further specialized through a psychopharmacology fellowship at Yale University, where he actively participated in both clinical research and patient care.

In addition to his U.S.-based practice since 2007, Dr. Malik has worked as a psychiatrist in Pakistan and New Zealand. This international experience allows him to understand psychiatric illnesses in a cultural and social context.

A published author of peer-reviewed and educational articles, Dr. Malik maintains particular clinical expertise in electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), emergency psychiatry, and telemedicine.

Heather Sanudo

ARNP

Heather earned her nursing degree from Linfield College in 1997 before advancing her education with a Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Washington State University in 2006. She further specialized by completing a post-master’s Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program in 2021 to address growing mental health needs.

With 26 years of nursing experience, including 17 years serving in correctional healthcare settings, Heather has developed exceptional clinical skills and compassionate patient care approaches. Currently, as a Professor of Nursing at St. Louis University, she educates future nurses while bringing extensive real-world experience to the classroom.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Heather has consistently expanded her expertise to meet evolving healthcare demands while contributing to both patient care and nursing education.

Todd Denny

Referral Coordinator

Mr. Denny serves as the Referral Coordinator, acting as the designated point of contact for healthcare professionals and stakeholders. He oversees a streamlined referral process, ensuring efficient and seamless access to services for all individuals.

We are currently looking for part-time and full-time LCSW and a psychologist.
